Please note that fees are for consultation only — Dr. Mallory’s time and expertise. The posted pricing above does not include any recommended labs, medications or supplements. A plan will be made together for obtaining any needed additional products or testing. Some insurance may cover labs through Quest Diagnostics, and some insurance plans may cover and recommended medications. Supplements are typically not covered under insurance.

This micro-practice does not file any insurance nor contract with any insurance companies. Payment for services must be rendered at the time of scheduling. Some PPO insurances and cost-sharing plans may cover Dr. Mallory’s services. A super-bill can be provided upon request, which you may submit to your insurance or cost-sharing plan.

If you have a health savings account or flexible spending account, Dr. Mallory’s consultation fees, recommended testing and many recommended treatments are eligible for reimbursement.

Please note that Dr. Mallory’s primary care and lactation consultation services remain exclusively available at Wildwood Family Clinic. Dr Mallory is not currently accepting any new primary care patients at Wildwood. Lactation consultations are available there by appointment.

It is expected that you have your own primary care physician for your preventative healthcare and management of any chronic disease. Dr. Mallory is happy to coordinate care with your primary care physician when needed.

Yes! Dr. Mallory is experienced in treating children of all ages.

Yes! Dr. Mallory is experienced in making treatment plans for pregnant and lactating people. She even knows which herbs and supplements are safe and which to avoid.

Jill Mallory, MD Integrative Medicine uses Power 2 Practice electronic medical record exclusively. Your care with Dr. Mallory in this practice will not be viewable in the Epic system.

Unfortunately, current federal regulations prohibit Dr. Mallory from seeing patients in this practice who have Medicare or Medicaid. Hopefully that will change in the future!

Dr. Mallory is currently licensed only in the state of Wisconsin. Yes, she can see anyone, but current regulations require that they be physically located within the state of Wisconsin at the time of their telemedicine visit. They don’t have to live in Wisconsin, but they must be physically located here for their appointment.

Yes, Dr. Mallory provides hormone management and hormone lab monitoring to all genders, in a private EMR system, separate from Epic, via telemedicine from the privacy of your home. She is currently equipped to provide gender-affirming hormone therapy to adults (18+) only.
